Systems & Integrations
I redesigned our internal Rock RMS homepage so each staff role lands on a workspace built around their actual work: the metrics, tasks, and tools they need, without digging.
Data & Reporting
My first dashboard: one view of every connection request across our campuses, so staff could see how fast new people were reached, which connectors needed help, and how this year compared to last. Staff still use it weekly, and a similar feature was later added to core Rock.
Systems & Integrations
I built a tool in Rock RMS that helps campus teams track every person moving through Growth Track, our onboarding process, so fewer people fall through the cracks.
Data & Reporting
I built a dashboard in Rock RMS that shows how people engage with our devotional app, from big-picture trends down to each person on each study. I presented it at a Rock Data Analytics hub, and other churches followed up to learn how it works.

Designed and built in Rock RMS
A landing page for our student ministry's Neighborhood Night, helping students find a group at their school. The group directory, with a list and map view, runs on a Rock content channel, so staff can add or update locations without touching the page.
